I value your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal data. This policy outlines how I collect, use, store, and safeguard information obtained through my contact form, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the regulations of the Canton of Zurich.
For the purposes of this policy, I act as the Data Controller under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that I determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

Selected Service: To understand your request and provide relevant information. You can choose between Free Intro Session, Individual Session and Counseling Service.

The legal basis for processing personal data includes: (i) your consent when voluntarily submitting data through the contact form, (ii) the necessity of processing for responding to your inquiries or providing services, and (iii) compliance with legal obligations, including professional secrecy rules under Swiss law.

I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
For email communication and client correspondence, I use Infomaniak Mail, a secure Swiss-based service compliant with Swiss data protection law (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For internal document management, I currently use selected services of Google Workspace. Google acts as a data processor under Google’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and provides GDPR- and FADP-compliant services, including encryption and access control.
Please note that while Google primarily stores data in the EU and US, data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions. If you require your data to be stored exclusively within Switzerland or the EEA, please feel free to contact me to discuss alternative arrangements.

5. Data Retention
In accordance with the regulations of the Canton of Zurich, I retain client-related data for a minimum of 10 years from the date of our last interaction. This retention period ensures compliance with legal requirements and facilitates the provision of continuous and informed services.
6. Professional Secrecy
As a practicing psychologist, I am bound by professional secrecy. Information you provide will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
